2023

February 2023: Purchases made by Bank of Lake Mills customers using their mascot debit cards were donated to Lakeside Lutheran High School and Lake Mills High School, the first donation since the mascot debit cards rolled out! 
 

 
February 2023: Bank of Lake Mills donated $500.00 to the Watertown Jig Jog, a St. Patrick's Day run that benefits the Educational Foundation of Watertown.
 
 


April 2023: Employees gathered after work to make Jared Boxes for The Jared Box Project to donate to local hospitals. The boxes were filled by employees with various toys, games, and stickers to entertain children who are in the hospital.

2022







April 2022: Employees and their family members got together to make tie blankets for the Watertown Humane Society and Humane Society of Jefferson County. In just a couple hours they were able to make over 75 blankets!






April 2022: Bank of Lake Mills is proud to have donated to the Watertown Area YMCA to sponsor their youth sports program which includes flag football, volleyball, and basketball. Children and coaches that are involved with these sports will benefit from this donation and be supplied a t-shirt/jersey to wear on game days.




Spring 2022: Employees at Bank of Lake Mills held a hygiene drive to gather supplies to donate to the
Lake Mills Food Pantry and the Watertown Personal Essentials Pantry.
 
 
 
 
 

Summer 2022: Bank of Lake Mills was happy to be a hole sponsor for the Lake Mills Golf Outing as well as be the
golf ball sponsor for the Watertown Chamber Golf Outing. Employees enjoyed their rounds of golf at these events!






August 2022: Several employees stayed active this August by participating in the Riverfest 5K Run/Walk.
Proceeds were to benefit the Watertown YMCA.






August 2022: Dee Delkamp donated her time to come and educate our employees on the importance of nutrition.
A donation was made in her name to the Watertown Humane Society.




Fall 2022: Bank of Lake Mills worked with the Watertown Police Department and the Lake Mills Public Schools
to donate 500 backpacks to children throughout the two communities. 






November 2022: In honor of Veteran's Day, Bank of Lake Mills worked with Wisconsin Women For Our Troops to 
collect donations from bank employees to help fill care packages for our troops serving overseas.

2021

 
January 2021: Bank of Lake Mills is proud to have made a donation to the Watertown Area YMCA to sponsor their youth sports program. Children and coaches that are involved with these sports will benefit from this donation and be supplied a t-shirt / jersey to wear on game days.

2020

May 2020: Bank of Lake Mills donated to the Lake Mills Area Community Foundation’s COVID-19 Recovery Fund and the Watertown Rotary Club through a partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago’s COVID-19 Relief Program. The donated funds were used to support local organizations that have a defined role in short-term and long-term recovery efforts by providing critical services including things such as emergency food distribution, shelter and long-term housing, emotional care, economic and rental assistance, education, healthcare, and more to individuals and families impacted by the pandemic. 

July 2020: Bank of Lake Mills presented a donation to the Watertown Reads! project. The funds were used to purchase new books that will be distributed to elementary aged children in the Watertown community. 

2019

December 2019: On Giving Tuesday, Rainbow Hospice Care received a donation from Bank of Lake Mills.
 
 
November 2019: Bank of Lake Mills is proud to have made a donation to the Watertown Area YMCA to sponsor their youth sports program which includes flag football, volleyball, and basketball. July 2019: Bank of Lake Mills donated to the Key to Opportunity Watertown Library Renovation and Expansion project. The Bank will have the naming rights to an Interactive Zone, which will be part of the new Children’s Center.
Bank of Lake Mills selected the Interactive Zone called MarketSpace, where children will be able to use their imagination, build early literacy and financial skills, and develop social-emotional skills as they pretend to be at a market space.

 

 

May 2019: Watertown Humane Society volunteers and Gunda, an adoptable dog, made a visit to Bank of Lake Mills to collect a donation check from employees of the Bank. Bank of Lake Mills is proud to be a sponsor for the Watertown Humane Society’s “Wine and Whiskers” Fundraiser Event.
 
 
March 2019: Bank of Lake Mills made a donation to the Riverside Middle School (RMS) Commons Redesign Project. RMS commons area has been underutilized important space. The RMS PTO decided it was time for that to change after a survey was completed, by RMS students and staff.
