We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Watertown branch!

You will be responsible for processing teller transactions efficiently and accurately, as well as providing excellent customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet and engage customers and prospects.
• Process various transaction requests for customers in the lobby and drive up.
• Responsible for balancing individual cash drawers.

• Partner with specialists, such as Loan Officers, to provide customers with access to experts who can assist them with specialized financial needs.
• Promote products and services to customers, as well as proactively develop new relationships with prospective customers.

Qualifications:

• One year of previous CSR or personal banking related experience with a financial institution is preferred.
• Able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products and ability to learn and become efficient and accurate with various computer applications.
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential customer and bank information.
• Ability to deal effectively with time pressures based on the level of customer activity.
• Proficient Spanish language skills preferred.

We are seeking a Universal Banker! You will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and prospects, processing customer transaction requests, opening new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and cross selling additional bank products and services at our office in Watertown, WI. 

Responsibilities:

• Discover financial needs and provide product and service recommendations.
• Partner with specialists, such as Loan Officers, to provide customers with access to experts who can assist them with specialized financial needs.
• Promote products and services to customers, as well as proactively develop new relationships with prospective customers.

Qualifications:

• One year of previous CSR or personal banking related experience with a financial institution is preferred.
• Courteous and professional customer service aptitude
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office products and ability to learn and become efficient and accurate with various computer applications
• Excellent verbal communications skills
• Ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential customer and bank information
• Ability to deal effectively with time pressures based on the level of customer activity
• Proficient Spanish language skills preferred

• Origination of residential mortgage loans at levels required to meet established goals
• Present information to current and prospective customers
• Establish business contacts, such as builders and realtors, in the Waukesha and Jefferson County area
  

• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
•  Meets requirements to become a Wisconsin Notary Public
  
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
  
• Strong work ethic, good judgement, and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently
