Eligibility: The 2025 Jack Henry™ & Mastercard® Priceless Surprises® Sweepstakes (“Sweeps”) is open only to individuals who are Mastercard cardholders whose account was opened by a participating Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. Card Processing Solutions™ Mastercard Issuer (as described below) before 3/1/25, and who are legal permanent residents of one (1) of the 50 U.S. (including D.C.), and who have reached the legal age of majority (which is eighteen (18) in most states, but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) in their state of jurisdiction of residence prior to 3/1/25. Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Jack Henry and Associates, Inc. (“JH” or “Sponsor”), participating JH Card Processing Solutions Mastercard issuers’ (“Participating Issuers”, as outlined below), Mastercard International Incorporated (“Mastercard”), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers, advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren and siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same physical address (i.e., "household") (i.e., people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not)of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Sweeps. Sponsor, Mastercard, Participating Issuers, Administrator, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, distributors, subsidiaries, prize providers and advertising/promotion agencies, are each a “Released Party” and shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Released Parties”.

How to Enter: Sweeps begins at 12:00:01AM Central Time (“CT”) on 3/1/25 and ends at 11:59:59PM CT on 6/30/25 (“Promo Period”). There are two (2) methods of entry in this Sweeps as follows:

Bank of Lake Mills is committed to our community and wants to contribute to the continuing education efforts of students in the communities we serve. Each year we offer a $1,000 scholarship for a senior attending each of our 5 local high schools.

Each month, one of our employees will take a photo at a business
or location in Lake Mills or Watertown. The photo will be posted to
our social media (Facebook and Instagram), and if you guess correct you are entered for a chance to win a Chamber gift certificate!

Entrant must submit the correct answer to the question by commenting on the post. Entries may also be submitted by delivering a legibly written entry with the correct answer, your name, mailing address and phone number to a Banker at the Lake Mills or Watertown location or by mail to: Bank of Lake Mills Attn: Marketing, 136 E. Wisconsin Minor Work Permits are now issued online!
The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development has begun utilizing a new online system allowing work permits to be issued exclusively on their website. Payment for the permit is made on the site by credit card, debit card, or ACH withdrawal, and the permit is mailed directly to the minor's employer.
